We serve homeowners, builders, and contractors across new construction, retail, and retrofit projects. We've built our reputation on product knowledge, straight talk, and follow-through — and we're investing in our sales team to take the business to the next level. Position Summary We're hiring a Sales Representative to own a book of business and drive revenue across new construction, retail, and retrofit channels. You'll work qualified leads delivered through our sales coordinator, walk in leads, develop and maintain relationships with builders and homeowners, run product consultations in our showroom and in the field, and own the deal from first contact through deposit and hand-off to operations. Key Responsibilities Sales Execution Convert leads into closed sales across new construction, retail, and retrofit channels Conduct product consultations in the showroom Prepare accurate quotes and estimates in Service Fusion Walk customers through product selection, options, pricing, and installation logistics Close deals, collect deposits, and hand off complete, accurate jobs to operations for materials ordering and scheduling Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets Account & Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners Conduct regular check-ins with builder accounts to understand upcoming pipeline and selection needs Represent All Valley Fireplace professionally at every touchpoint — phone, email, showroom, and jobsite Pipeline Discipline Respond to all assigned leads within established response-time Move deals through defined sales stages with required information captured at each stage Participate in weekly sales huddles, weekly 1:1s with leadership, and monthly business reviews Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting Product & Industry Expertise Develop deep product knowledge across our fireplace, hearth, outdoor kitchen, and patio heater lines Stay current on building codes, venting requirements, and installation considerations relevant to our products Attend manufacturer training, trade shows, and continuing education as required Contribute product feedback and market intelligence to leadership Showroom Coverage Take rotation as the on-duty showroom rep when scheduled, including added coverage during burn season Run scheduled customer selection appointments in the showroom Help maintain a professional, customer-ready showroom environment Required Qualifications 3+ years of consultative B2B or B2C sales experience Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to homeowners, builders, and contractors Highly organized; able to manage 30+ active opportunities at varying stages without losing track Comfortable with technology and CRM/field-service software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Self-motivated, accountable, and coachable Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to builders, general contractors, or in the new construction trades Background in fireplaces, hearth products, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, or building products Experience with Service Fusion or comparable field-service/CRM platforms Existing relationships with Treasure Valley builders, contractors, or designers Design or interior design background a plus for retrofit and retail consultations What Success Looks Like in This Role You consistently meet or exceed your quarterly revenue target Your pipeline in Service Fusion is current, accurate, and trusted by leadership Builders and homeowners ask for you by name on repeat projects Operations receives clean, complete deals with no rework or surprises You contribute to a professional, accountable sales culture Schedule & Working Conditions Full-time, primarily on-site at our Boise showroom with field travel for jobsite and in-home visits Standard hours Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Increased showroom coverage during burn season (October-February) Mix of showroom, office, jobsite, and customer-home environments Occasional lifting of product samples, displays, and brochures (up to 50 lbs) Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $85,000 Commission paid on revenue above the annual threshold (full plan details provided during interview) Quarterly performance expectations apply to base salary retention Safe harbor 401(k) with 4% company match (Roth option available) Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Manufacturer training and continuing education paid by the company Employee discount on company products
