Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Professional to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through counter sales, job management, and superior service. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with excellent communication skills will help you identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and work with our outside sales team to effectively service our customers. Responsibilities Help customers at the counter in a friendly manner, promoting our showroom sales and making sure the customer has all the electrical components necessary to complete a job. Answer incoming calls from customers in a bright, positive manner, while maintaining customer relationships. Assist with picking orders written up by the sales team during high volume periods Occasionally perform warehouse functions such as receiving, stocking, and delivery in a backup role. Perform job management tasks in support of the outside sales team. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, a background in electrical distribution is preferred Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly Willingness to learn and grow with a growing business Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment in a fast-paced setting Comfort working in a variety of roles to bolster our team's areas for growth.
