  • Year-round stability and strong lead flow The Role (What You'll Own) This role is more than selling HVAC systems—you are helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort, safety, and investment in their home.
You will:
  • Run company-provided replacement leads
  • Perform in-home HVAC system evaluations
  • Present replacement options and financing solutions
  • Build trust and confidence with homeowners
  • Deliver a professional, 5-star customer experience
  • Maintain follow-up and pipeline management Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience
  • Run pre-set appointments generated by the company
  • Evaluate homeowner comfort needs and system concerns
  • Present repair vs. replacement solutions
  • Offer financing and payment options
  • Close HVAC system sales ethically and professionally
  • Build strong customer relationships through trust and communication Performance & Accountability
  • Meet performance and revenue goals
  • Maintain strong close rates and follow-up consistency
  • Manage pipeline and customer communication effectively
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction and project outcomes Standards & Consistency
  • Maintain professionalism in every home
  • Accurately document appointments and customer notes
  • Follow all company processes and procedures
  • Represent the company brand confidently and professionally Team Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with installers, dispatch, and management
  • Support team goals and company growth initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of in-home sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • HVAC experience preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license with insurable record
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends
  • Coachability and willingness to learn
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated Important
