RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes) Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Set customers up to come into the dealership where a Sales Specialist will guide them through the buying process Sell yourself, the dealership, and the experience of shopping with Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac

REQUIREMENTS

Good verbal and written communication skills Able to follow call scripts and handle objections over the phone Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required Self-motivated and goal oriented Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment Must have a clean & valid driver's license Work most Saturdays Someone might excel in this position who has prior experience in call center atmosphere, or in the auto sales industry. Top agents have made over 5k a month, pay is a base with commission.
