• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Advise customers on selection of tire, wheels, automotive accessories and mechanical needs for their vehicle. Extensive knowledge in these areas is a MUST!
• Maintain knowledge of current product, sales and promotions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail math is a plus
