Home Health & Hospice The Opportunity This is a relationship-driven, field-based position for someone who understands that successful healthcare marketing is built on trust, consistency, and strong relationships with referral partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. You will serve as a key representative of A Bridge Home throughout the community and will be responsible for identifying new opportunities while strengthening existing referral relationships. About A Bridge Home A Bridge Home is a home health and hospice organization dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our team in Twin Falls, Idaho. This position will play a key role in developing referral relationships, increasing community awareness, and supporting the growth of our home health and hospice services. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with healthcare referral sources throughout the Twin Falls service area. Identify and establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation facilities, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and other potential referral partners. Conduct consistent in-person visits with referral sources and community partners. Increase awareness and understanding of A Bridge Home's home health and hospice services. Identify opportunities to increase referrals, admissions, and overall patient census. Develop and execute territory-based marketing and business development strategies. Maintain regular follow-up with referral partners and ensure relationships remain active and productive. Monitor referral trends and identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory. Represent A Bridge Home at healthcare networking events, community events, educational programs, and industry meetings. Develop and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals and community organizations. Work closely with the intake and clinical teams to ensure referral opportunities are communicated and followed through appropriately. Maintain accurate records of referral sources, outreach activities, meetings, and business development opportunities. Provide regular updates to leadership regarding marketing activities, referral relationships, opportunities, and results. Support the development of marketing materials and other initiatives that strengthen A Bridge Home's presence in the community. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, sales, or community outreach preferred. Home health, hospice, post-acute care, senior care, or healthcare referral experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare referral sources. Strong understanding of the healthcare referral and admissions process preferred. Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and contribute to census growth. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confident interacting with physicians, healthcare executives, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and community leaders. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently. Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple referral relationships simultaneously. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Twin Falls service area. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
