Romexterra Restoration is a leading name in the construction industry, specializing in top-quality restoration and renovation services. We're committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team. Position Overview We are looking for motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners identify restoration needs and guide them through the sales process. Key Responsibilites Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and door-to-door outreach. Conduct residential exterior inspections for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and storm-related damage. Educate homeowners on restoration and remodeling solutions. Explain insurance claim processes when applicable and present retail pricing or financing options. Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and manage sales opportunities in the CRM. Build lasting customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the project process. Key Qualifications Sales experience is preferred but not required. Experience in home improvement, restoration, roofing, construction, insurance, or real estate is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors. Basic technology skills and the ability to use CRM tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
Target Earnings:
$100,000 - $250,000+ annually All employees are eligible for the following commission plan to be paid on total sales when the employee refers business to
Romexterra:
  • 3% of the total revenue for the mitigation project
  • 1% of the total revenue for the reconstruction/repair project
  • Performance review after 90 days, then annually.
