Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive entry level Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant sales support team in an administrative support role. Your energetic approach will support both inside and outside sales efforts, ensuring seamless communication and successful deal closures. Job Summary We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales support and internal administrative team. In this role, you will act as the point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately, and documentation is kept up to date. Your efficiency will directly contribute to the team's speed, client satisfaction, and overall revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities Order Processing:
Input, track, and process sales orders accurately while verifying pricing and inventory availability.
Communication:
Respond to inbound inquiries, provide price quotes, and give updates on shipping or service delivery status.
Document Maintenance:
Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and presentations, ensuring all templates are up to date.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate client profiles, update contact information, and log sales activities within the CRM system.
Administrative Support Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support, customer service, or sales assistant role.
Education:
High school diploma required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software. We offer training and onboarding to our processes and programs.
Organization:
Exceptional time-management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills to professionally interact with both corporate clients and internal employees.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
