Do you want a job where your hustle and personality increase your income? Encore Concrete Coatings is seeking motivated B2C Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing home improvement company specializing in garage floors, patios, driveways, and more. This role is primarily outbound calling to homeowners who have submitted online inquiries or requested information, with occasional inbound call handling. Your main responsibility is to qualify prospects and schedule in-home sales appointments for our field sales team. If you have experience in appointment setting for bath and shower remodeling, roofing, windows, or other home services, this role will feel very familiar. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads generated from online forms, ads, and marketing campaigns Warm Leads Only - NEVER cold calling, customers have already requested info Answer inbound calls from homeowners requesting information or follow-up Qualify homeowners based on project interest, timeline, and basic criteria Schedule appointments for in-home or virtual sales consultations Clearly explain our concrete coating services and what to expect during the appointment Accurately document all call activity in the CRM Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional conversation Handle objections and keep prospects engaged without high-pressure tactics Meet or exceed daily and weekly call, contact, and appointment goals Maintain a positive, professional representation of the company Shifts Available Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM What We're Looking For Experience in B2C outbound calling or appointment setting (home improvement preferred) Comfortable making 200+ calls per day At least 2hrs of talk time per day Strong verbal communication and listening skills Confident speaking with homeowners and decision-makers Ability to handle objections and stay persistent Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems Professional phone presence and positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Opportunity to make up to $80K per year Paid training and ongoing coaching Clear performance metrics and advancement opportunities Stable, year-round employment in the home improvement industry Supportive team environment with proven systems designed to help you succeed
