Full-time Who We Are:

Dynamo Surfaces is a leading wholesale distributor of premium granite, quartz, quartzite, and marble slabs based in Arlington Heights, IL. We supply fabricators across Chicagoland and surronding states with an extensive slab inventory — from everyday staples to super exotics. We're growing and need a driven sales rep who knows stone.

What You'll Do:

Own and grow a territory across Chicagoland and NW Indiana Visit fabricator shops, kitchen & bath showrooms, and contractors to build relationships and drive slab sales Manage existing accounts while aggressively developing new business Conduct yard visits — walk customers through our inventory and help them select the right slabs for their projects Hit monthly revenue targets ($100K

• 150K/month within 6 months) Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Collaborate with operations on deliveries, special orders, and customer service

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of outside sales experience in the natural stone, quartz, or countertop industry —

THIS IS A PLUS

Established relationships with fabricators, contractors, or kitchen & bath dealers in the Chicagoland area strongly preferred Deep product knowledge — you know the difference between Calacatta and Carrara, you can talk about quartz, printed quartz, quarrtzite, granite and marble, you understand pricing tiers Hunter mentality — you love being on the road, opening doors, and closing deals Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision Bilingual (Spanish or Polish) is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $50K

• 55K depending on experience Uncapped tiered commission (paid on collected revenue): — 3% on all sales — 5% on monthly sales above $75K — 7% on monthly sales above $125K — Top performers earn $90K
