Outside Sales Representative -
ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned customer accounts.
Prospect and develop profitable new business.
Create territory and account sales plans.
Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate RFQs, pricing, inventory, and orders with Inside Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Identify cross-selling and cost-saving opportunities.
Evaluate account profitability and growth potential.
Resolve quality, material, inventory, and delivery issues.
Maintain account plans, call reports, and opportunities in the CRM.Provide pricing and market feedback to management.
Travel throughout the Midwest, including overnight travel.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Five or more years of stainless steel or specialty-metals experience.
At least three years of commercial sales or business-development experience.
Direct metals-industry sales experience is required.
Knowledge of stainless steel, specialty alloys, strip, wire, or metal-processing services.
Experience developing territories and new accounts.
Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel up to 75%.

$80k-100k + Bonus Opportunity Position SummaryOur client, a leading North American processor and distributor of specialty strip, foil, and wire products, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow its commercial business throughout the Midwest. This position will manage an established territory while expanding relationships with current customers and developing profitable new accounts.
