Chicago, Minnesota, Wisconsin & Indiana What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
Responsible for generating leads and selling a full range of Bobcat construction equipment and grounds maintenance equipment (GME) within assigned territory. Identify potential customers and business opportunities while proactively building strong customer relationships. Effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing customers. Support the overall company growth by actively promoting and collaborating with the rental, parts, and service departments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system (HubSpot). Tow equipment to customer sites to conduct product demonstrations, showcasing equipment capabilities. Coordinate the delivery and pickup of equipment to and from customer locations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
What You'll Need to
Succeed:
Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record. Prior sales experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. CDL/Medical Certification is preferred at time of hire; must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs. Regular travel within an assigned territory is required; the ability to operate a motor vehicle is necessary for this role. Responsible for the safe loading, unloading, transportation, and securement of construction and grounds maintenance equipment in accordance with company and FMCSA regulations. Must be able to frequently climb on and off trailers, enter and exit commercial vehicles, and secure equipment during loading, unloading, and transport activities.
