Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives. Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, and available protection products. Follow up with internet leads, showroom guests, and previous customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives. Complete all required sales documentation accurately and efficiently. Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales process. Qualifications Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as needed. Basic computer and technology skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
