Job Description
Position Summary:
Advantage will provide study materials for the Series 3 exam. Upon passing, associates register with the National Futures Association to sell Advantage clearing services to a wide spectrum of potential clients. Senior team members serve as mentors, supporting each associate's development and success. Top performers in this role bring tenacity and the resolve to see opportunities through to completion. Associates serve as relationship manager for their onboarded accounts, cultivating client confidence through attentive service and proactive communication.Job Requirements Include:
Identify prospective clients—call and email to convert these into revenue-producing relationships Aggressively pursue Advantage-provided leads Develop robust sales pipeline by researching target accounts, initiating contact, and guiding qualified prospects through the onboarding process Identify and acquire new clients through direct outreach, industry networking, and attending events Cultivate long-term client relationships by understanding their needs, communicating clearing solutions, and establishing exceptional ongoing assistance Work collaboratively with other Advantage staff Maintain understanding of futures and options markets, evolving trends, and client needs to provide optimal client support Work daily in office. Once a significant client base is established, more flexible work arrangements are permittedExperience, Education, Competencies & Attributes:
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution No industry experience required Initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Organizational and time management skills, multitasking with competing deadlines Willingness to travel to industry events, conferences, and in-person meetings Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus Compensation & Benefits $60,000 salary, increased to $65,000 upon passing Series 3 Exam; In addition, monthly commissions paid for onboarded accounts and eligible for annual discretionary bonus All benefits afforded full-time employees (health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, and holidays) To apply, please send cover letter and resume to:Benefits
