Bodine Electric of Decatur is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for its Wholesale Division. The position will be based out of Bodine's Decatur, Illinois, office. Ideal candidates should have 2 to 4 years of previous sales experience. A background or education in electrical engineering is a plus but not required. This position will build new customer relationships and maintain existing ones throughout the entire sales cycle. We seek candidates with excellent people skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles. Bodine offers a complete benefits package, including a 401(k) plan and health, life and dental insurance. The compensation package includes a salary and commission plan; the compensation range shared in this listing includes the base salary plus an estimated potential commission range based off recent history for this position.
