What You'll Do (aka: Your Everyday Impact) You'll be the glue that keeps deals moving and customers happy. Your work will touch every part of the process, from order to installation.
- Enter and process orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate projects with our operations team to keep everything on schedule
- Support the sales team with quotes, updates, and follow-ups
- Connect directly with customers through FaceTime and calls
- Help with simple punch lists and walkthroughs

- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with both customers and teammates
- Being a creative problem solver and able to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented (you catch the things others miss)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Positive, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to bend, lift, reach, stretch and able to lift weight up to 50lbs.
