WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Market strategy: Dig into market trends and the competitive landscape, then turn what you find into business development strategies that hit sales targets and grow our footprint. Lead generation & sales: Identify and qualify prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, and industry events. Build and deliver sales presentations and proposals that win business, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal.Client relationships:
Become the go-to contact for your clients — checking in regularly, solving problems before they grow, and spotting upsell opportunities that come from a relationship built on trust.Planned maintenance partnerships:
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that align with the strategic direction set by leadership.Performance:
Own your KPI targets for planned maintenance sales and profitability, and take pride in hitting them.WHAT YOU BRING 3-5
years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field — experience with maintenance contracts is a strong plus. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field. A natural relationship-builder's instinct, paired with the discipline to manage a full sales pipeline. Confidence in front of a room — you can deliver a proposal that makes a prospective client say yes. A self-starter's drive to identify opportunities before anyone asks you to.WHAT YOU'LL GET
