Inside Sales Support

Essential Skills 3+ years of Inside Sales, sales support, or account management. Inside sales or telesales experience, including cold calling. Strong verbal communication and customer relations skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP. Computer proficient. Ability to perform simple arithmetic and routine administrative paperwork. Calm under pressure, with good judgment and rational decision-making. Work Environment You will work in an office and warehouse facility located in Elgin, IL. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Job Description You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to consumables customers from inquiry to order delivery. Your primary objective is to reactivate former clients by bringing lost customers back to regular buying patterns through outbound calls, emails, and cold calls. This role involves handling over 4,000 products, necessitating a customer-oriented mindset and a focus on organizational expansion. Key duties include responding to inquiries, conducting inventory lookups, processing quotes and orders, managing material pricing and logistics, and maintaining accurate customer information. Responsibilities Provide service to consumables customers from inquiry to order delivery. Reactivate former clients by bringing lost customers back to regular buying patterns. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and cold calls. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Perform inventory lookups and manage quote/order processing. Handle material pricing and logistics efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information. Prepare routine paperwork and maintain transaction documentation. Maintain regular contact with clients and update the database. Ensure quality and safety standards are met. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Elgin, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
