Job Description

Inside Sales Engineer /

Technical Sales Representative Job Classification:

Full Time/Perm paid hourly

Elk Grove Village IL Salary:

$75,000

•82,500 + 10% bonus (Hourly, Non-Exempt)

Senior Level:

$90,000

•100,000 (requires strong industry and product knowledge)

Fully onsite

Hours:

8:30 AM

•5:00

PM Travel:

Occasional trade shows and sales meetings (must have reliable transportation and clean driving record) Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of inside sales, technical sales, account management, or customer-facing technical support experience Strong relationship-building and account development skills Experience working with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and CRM systems Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product applications Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation BSEE or BSME preferred Core Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts Identify new sales opportunities within current and emerging accounts Develop distributor relationships Generate leads through inside sales activities and promotions Respond to web leads, RFQs, sizing requests, and customer inquiries Recommend products based on customer application requirements Provide pricing, delivery, RMA, and customer service support Deliver technical troubleshooting and product support Maintain CRM records and sales activity documentation Prepare monthly sales reports Gather and share market intelligence Attend trade shows, customer events, and training programs All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
