Your job is to:

build relationships educate homeowners provide solutions and close business. That's it. Because when salespeople are allowed to focus on selling, everyone wins.

What You'll Be Doing:

Meet with homeowners to discuss windows and exterior remodeling needs Help customers with both insurance restoration and retail projects Present professional solutions based on customer needs Close residential remodeling projects Build your referral network and generate additional opportunities Maintain your customer pipeline using our CRM Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first meeting through signed agreement

Who We're Looking For:

We're interested in professionals from industries such as: Roofing Windows & Doors HVAC Bath Remodeling Solar Pest Control Flooring Foundation Repair Automotive Sales Real Estate Furniture & Mattress Sales Any consultative or in-home sales environment If you've built trust with homeowners and know how to close business, we'll teach you the rest. We're looking for people who are: Competitive Coachable Professional Self-motivated Comfortable working independently Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.
