Repair and Sales Technician:

We are looking for self-motivated service technician people with repair experience or prior wireless carrier sales experience and who are comfortable dealing with customers and attaching warranty, insurance plan, offering accessories, add-on services and in-home technology solutions.

What you will do:

Notify customers and safely drive to expected customer's repair booking destinations. Professionally meet and greet customers Effeciently and effectively repair customers phones with a high success rate Position and offer extended service plans, accessories, and add-on services. Exceed proper inventory handling and compliance Assist Store Lead with maintaining repair queue of scheduled "we come to you" customers making sure that repairs are being done on time and on schedule. Exceed store's sales budget and expected attachment rate for extended service products and accessories. Monitor and meet repair and sales metrics Gather 5-Star Google Reviews & excellent partner scores Maintains Cleanliness of Field Tech van
