In this role, you will be responsible for bidding on freight, sourcing capacity, negotiating freight rates, and building long-term relationships with both customers and carrier partners. MUST have experience bidding on freight Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) Established carrier network relationships Experience with truckload freight, both dry and refrigerated.
