Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales , develop new business, and manage key accounts across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development , management , and customer service skills, with experience in B2B sales and territory management . As a vital part of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding our market reach through strategic lead generation , cold calling , and delivering compelling product demos . This position is perfect for motivated professionals eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts within assigned territories. Conduct business development activities including lead generation , cold calling, and networking to identify potential customers. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management. Deliver engaging presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and forecast sales activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and regular follow-up. Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new leads. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for growth. Assist in developing territory management strategies to optimize coverage and maximize sales potential. Experience Proven experience in outside sales , B2B sales , or related fields such as technology sales , retail sales , or inside sales . Strong background in management , business development , or account management preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals through effective negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for territory growth. Experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction is a plus.
