This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to a positive customer experience. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment , helping answer questions, provide information about client products and services, and ensure each interaction is professional and helpful. You'll also work closely with the team to support customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.
