Duties and Responsibilities:

Receptionist Reception duties, including answering incoming calls, greeting guests, handout mail pick up, and accepting office package deliveries. Route incoming calls throughout the business (plant, accounting, inside sales, etc.) Answer general business emails and postal correspondence. Maintain postage machine and stamp inventory. Book meetings and coordinate lunch meetings. Arrange travel and accommodation plans for the President & CEO. Schedule meetings and reserve meeting spaces for management meetings. Provide administrative support as needed. Arrange corporate company events (Lunch and learn sessions, training sessions, Employee appreciation, holiday or employee lunches, golf outings, hotel meetings and other offsite venues, etc.). Perform basic filing and clerical duties. Answer inquiries about the company. Manage vending machine refund and repairs. Distribute Employment Applications to Walk In Applicants. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Uphold a professional and courteous working relationship with internal staff, team members, customers and vendors. Provide purchasing coordinator with office lunchroom supply order as needed. Provide high-level administrative support to internal team members and possess the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors Manage ID badge system Follow up on phone calls and customers as appropriate. Respond to consumer/user product related questions regarding the proper use, storage and handling of our products via phone calls and email inquiries. Data entry for daily production reporting Customer Care Assist customers with incoming replacement part questions, product complaints, and inquiries. Conduct an audit of internal invoices. Assist with MWC customer service calls and replacement part inquiries. Mail out customer replacement parts Provide administrative support for the inside sales team Create UPS labels. Education and Work Experience Requirements High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred. 1-2 years prior experience required. Experience in MS Office is a must, including PowerPoint Detail oriented Multi-tasking ability Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred Possess an outgoing and positive disposition Consistently display professional business demeanor and excellent customer service skills. Must have an outgoing, positive personality, a desire to grow in their position, the ability to work well with others, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Requires computer and research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal abilities, and project coordination experience.
