This is a route sales position and requires driving to multiple cities including, but not limited to: Rockford, IL/Gurnee, IL/Saint Charles, IL/Twin Lakes, IL Advantage Solutions is seeking an experienced salesperson/merchandiser to represent our client in the candy and snack categories. This individual actively seeks new sales opportunities and collaborates with decision-makers to implement effective selling strategies. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, can work independently to meet client goals, is self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Channel:

Grocery Responsibilities:

• Develop key relationships with store and market managers.
• Maintain scheduled store coverage to client standard.
• Build and maintain high-volume displays.
• Successfully secure and maintain display and shelf placement of client products.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with store personnel to deliver sales growth.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license
• Vehicle to travel to retail locations in your area
• M - F; 8 AM to 5 PM availability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Outlook and tablet applications
