The Opportunity Our client is an established industrial equipment manufacturer looking to add an Aftermarket Sales Specialist to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has an interest in technical or industrial products, and wants to build a career in sales. The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will support existing customers after the initial equipment sale, helping them with replacement parts, components, consumables, service needs, technical training and other aftermarket solutions. You'll serve as a key point of contact for customers while working closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Service, Operations and Supply Chain. This is not a traditional cold-calling or new-business sales role. Much of the opportunity comes from supporting an established customer base, understanding what customers need to keep their equipment operating effectively, and identifying additional opportunities along the way. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with aftermarket needs, questions and requests. Manage open opportunities and maintain accurate information within CRM and ERP systems. Monitor open orders and communicate delivery updates, changes or potential issues to customers. Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams when customer questions require additional technical expertise. Partner across Sales, Service, Operations, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Finance to keep customer needs moving forward. Support customer training opportunities, including technical sessions, webinars and other educational programs. Build your knowledge of the company's equipment, applications and aftermarket offerings through hands-on learning and training. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is customer-oriented, organized, commercially minded and interested in learning technical products .
