Position Overview The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business and supporting sales opportunities for interior and exterior painting services. This is a highly relationship-driven role, with approximately 50% of time spent in the office and 50% in the field , meeting with prospective clients, building relationships, evaluating project needs, and preparing estimates. This individual will play an important role in expanding the company's client base and driving sustainable sales growth. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a natural ability to connect with people. They are energized by ambitious goals, take initiative in developing new opportunities, and bring creative ideas to building a strong and consistent pipeline. The Sales Representative owns the sales process from initial opportunity through project handoff. Responsibilities include prospecting and developing new client relationships, conducting site visits, preparing estimates and proposals, following up with prospective clients, securing contracts, and coordinating a seamless transition to the operations team at project start. They remain involved in their projects life cycle as a supportive and collaborative member of the team. Success in this role requires a commitment to exceptional client service, consistent follow-through, and relationship building. The Sales Representative is accountable for maintaining an active pipeline, developing long-term client and referral relationships, representing The Company professionally in the community, and consistently working toward established sales goals.

Valid Driver's License Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partners with President and Superintendent for estimating accuracy and upsell opportunities
- Partners with Chief Operations Officer on Sales Tracking, Goal Strategy, and Marketing
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Coordinator on current projects and scheduling
- Track and plan personal sales growth on a weekly basis
- Drive clientele efforts for Company by relationship building and consistent market outreach
- Drive Revenue by developing proactive strategies on achieving revenue goals aligned with company goals
- Outreach for growth areas of business through market analysis and current state of the business
- Sales Training Acumen
- Partnering with Subcontractors or going to bid for accuracy in proposal pricing as needed
- Strong understanding of unit pricing and standardizing estimating for scalable growth
- Uses estimating technology for plans and measurements for accurate data for residential properties
- Consistent weekly reporting on sales tracking and achievements
- Building out Customer profiles, budgets, and proposals in project management software
- Partnering with project coordinator on work order creation for field teams
Compensation:
- $75k Base Salary/ Year
- Quarterly Bonus for meeting requirements of role in sales goal achievement, margin requirements, and delivering on operating procedures.
