Looking for a residential outside salesman to join our team. Job Description - Looking for a candidate with at least 3-5 years' experience in management companies and HOA sales for shingle roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors. Experience with Xactimate software and working with Insurance companies a plus. Building codes, estimating and field experience is a plus. Quantity take offs, pricing, purchase orders and submittal experience. Able to Build and maintain relationships with customers. Comfortable climbing ladders and roofs. Must be able to work with other trades to coordinate installations. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to use a CPU. Valid driver's license for local travel. Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and back ground check. Room for advancement within the company.
