As a Inside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. You will be responsible for supporting sales team in achieving their targets and objectives by providing well organized administrative assistance,Key Responsibilities:
- Sales support/marketing
- Manage equipment inventory, ordering of equipment and update information in system
- Provide weekly inventory reporting to management
- Obtain Equipment quotes and pricing for sales team
- Post inventory to website and online publications
- Coordinate and attend trade shows with sales team
- Managing and updating customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Arrange equipment transportation
- Handling sales calls, leads and resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate personnel.
- Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration roles, preferably in sales environments
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suit (Word, Excel)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and part of team and independently with minimal supervision.
