Appointment Scheduling Process :

Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit our dealership, ensuring every opportunity is maximized! Be the one who gets customers excited and ready to meet with our expert sales team—your follow-up skills will make sure they show up and stay engaged.

Build Lasting Relationships :

Connect with customers on a personal level, understanding their needs and helping them find the perfect vehicle. Share exciting information about our vehicles, promotions, and dealership services to keep customers in the loop and engaged. Keep your CRM game strong by maintaining up-to-date customer records and ensuring no lead is left behind!

Fuel Sales Growth :

What We're Looking For :

A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Previous customer service or sales experience is a bonus—but most importantly, we want someone with a positive attitude and a desire to grow! Amazing communication skills —whether it's over the phone, through email, or via text, you know how to connect with people. You're a time management pro , able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
