Essential Duties:
Provide outstanding customer service to families. Send literature or marketing materials and follow up via telephone to set appointments and meet with families to assist with the creation of their memorial. Review details to ensure delivery timelines are met. Keep files organized and easily accessible. Other administrative duties as necessary.
Skills and Experience :
Must possess the ability to build rapport and have strong people skills. Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person. Have great organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Dependable, trustworthy, and reliable. If you enjoy helping people, have the ability to support our salesperson and can organize and manage the day to day administrative office duties, we want to hear from you!
