Sales Representative - New Lenox, IL In this role, you will focus on outreach to new customers and building relationships with key stakeholders. Once opportunities have been identified, you will work with the team to analyze customer needs, identify material for sale, create sales/purchase contracts, and manage the release and shipment of material. Upon joining, you will have the opportunity to go through our training program where we will teach you about steel, supply chains, and sales techniques.
Responsibilities:

Undergraduate degree or comparable work experience Competitiveness, flexibility and resilience to succeed in business Self-motivated, outgoing and confident with desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional image Strong ties to the New Lenox areaPosition Details Compensation:
