Whether you have automotive sales experience or a proven background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales, we want to hear from you! As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the perfect vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle. Build relationships and establish trust with customers throughout the sales process. Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives. Follow up with leads, internet inquiries, and previous customers. Maintain product knowledge on current inventory, features, and technology. Work closely with management and the finance department to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet and exceed sales goals while providing outstanding customer service. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-up activities.

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
