Sales Coordinator Company Overview Rose Pest Solutions has been delivering effective pest control solutions since 1860. As a locally owned and operated company, we provide residential and commercial pest management services across multiple locations while continuing to invest in technology, training, and exceptional customer service. Position Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and system support to our sales team. This position is primarily a sales support and administrative role. The Sales Coordinator will help ensure new accounts and services are entered correctly, sales agreements are properly structured, CRM information remains accurate, and sales representatives have the support they need to follow established processes. While this position will communicate regularly with Sales, Operations, and Marketing, the role will primarily function as part of the Sales Department. The Sales Coordinator will also assist with onboarding newly hired sales representatives by providing CRM and sales-process training at branch locations. Occasional travel will be required for branch visits and select large company events or trade shows. Key Responsibilities Sales Administration & Support
- Review sales agreements for accuracy, completeness, and proper structure.
- Assist sales with questions related to CRM usage, account setup, service setup, agreements, billing structure, and internal sales processes.
- Help ensure established sales procedures and documentation standards are followed consistently.
- Assist in monitoring sales activity, goals, and follow-through.
- Serve as a resource for day-to-day sales process questions.
- Correct or coordinate resolution of incomplete or inaccurate account information.
- Assist with administrative follow-up related to new sales and customer setup.
- Track and communicate relevant activity metrics or support data when needed
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department as needed. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM records through identifying duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
- Help ensure sales opportunities, customer information, agreements, services, and related documentation are entered correctly.
- Run routine sales reports or provide basic sales data when requested.
- Perform ongoing CRM data cleanup and data hygiene as needed. New Sales Representative Onboarding
- Travel to branch locations following the hire of new sales representatives to train representatives on proper CRM usage and established sales processes.
- Provide hands-on assistance with customer setup, service setup, agreements, and system navigation.
- Serve as a resource for system and process questions. System Administration Support
- Provide basic backup support for the System Administrator when needed.
- Coordinate with branch teams to resolve setup issues, billing concerns, or documentation gaps.
- Assist with routine system-related tasks that have established procedures and maintain continuity of routine system functions when the System Administrator is out of the office.
- Help with service setup, account configuration, user support, or other administrative system functions as assigned.
- Assist with third-party billing coordination and customer account setup Department Coordination
- Serve as a point of communication between Sales, Operations, and Marketing when administrative coordination is needed.
- Help resolve account setup, service setup, documentation, or process questions between departments.
- Communicate relevant system or process updates to the sales team. Events & Travel
- Provide support for major trade shows, sales events, and company events.
- Travel may occasionally include multi-day events, such as major home shows.
- Additional travel will primarily occur when visiting branch locations to support onboarding and training of new sales representatives.
- Employees in this position must have reliable personal transportation and be able to travel between company locations and event sites as needed. Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative support, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Outlook, Excel, customer management, and business software systems.
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working with employees across multiple departments and locations.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training, branch support, and select major events.
- Ability to travel reliably for meetings and events
- Experience with PestPac, WorkWave, or similar systems is a plus but not required.

Work Location:
In person, with occasional travel to branch locations and select major company events. Reliable personal transportation is required.
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
