Description We are looking for an efficient Outside Sales Representative to support a growing healthcare organization in Oak Brook, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position offers a field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, promoting wellness services, and building strong community relationships. The role is well suited for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in face-to-face outreach and wants to contribute to business growth through consultative sales and event engagement. Responsibilities Participate in multiple community, wellness, and local business events each day to introduce services and create meaningful connections. Engage prospective clients in conversation about chiropractic care and wellness solutions, answering questions and building interest. Encourage interested individuals to take the next step by setting appointments and generating new sales opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, event attendees, and community partners to expand market presence. Record outreach efforts, lead details, and follow-up activity accurately in Salesforce and other assigned tools. Represent the organization with professionalism in public settings while delivering a positive and informative customer experience. Travel throughout the local territory to attend scheduled events and outreach activities within a reasonable driving distance. Support weekend or early-start events when needed based on business demands and event schedules. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in outside sales, retail sales, customer service, event marketing, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment. Strong ability to start conversations, build rapport quickly, and communicate persuasively with a wide range of individuals. Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with a focus on goals, lead generation, and sales performance. Demonstrated interest in consultative selling and promoting health, wellness, or service-based solutions. Proficiency with basic technology tools and willingness to document activity in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for events and outreach meetings. Flexible availability to support occasional weekend events and variable start times as needed.
