Sales Representative Entry Level (Business Development)

PeakForce is a growing sales and marketing firm partnering with nationally recognized technology providers to help expand their business customer base. We are currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our business-to-business (B2B) team. This role focuses on building relationships with local business owners, presenting technology solutions, and supporting client growth. Responsibilities Meet with local business owners and decision-makers to present technology solutions Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients Clearly explain products and services to meet client needs Track sales activity and client interactions Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve goals Training & Development We provide structured, hands-on training to help you succeed, including: Business-to-business (B2B) sales techniques Professional communication and presentation skills Client relationship management Time management and goal setting Leadership and team development Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and coachable Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Interest in sales, marketing, or business development Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional Saturday availability based on business needs Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay (base + performance incentives) Paid training Opportunities for advancement based on performance Professional development and mentorship Work Environment This is an in-person position based in the Oakbrook Terrace/Chicago area.
