We are looking for a hard working Sales Professional / Back up F&I Representative that wants to earn six figures. Our ideal candidate should have a professional approach to Automotive Sales and Automotive F&I products. Must have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies) Reach Monthly Sales Targets provided by Management Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates Monitor competition and follow current developments Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets Find prospective customers and new target segments Generate business to the dealership Skills Willingness to put in the time to grow your business Basic Computer Skills Ability to gather and interpret data Communication skills

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
