As a local franchise, Budget Blinds of Naperville, Aurora & Plainfield, we are a family-owned and operated franchise with 20+ years of experience, expanding our business as an industry leader in custom window coverings. We provide everything you need to be successful including a wrapped vehicle, computer, sales training, leads and more. We are growing, and we are seeking a high performer to join our team. As a sales consultant, you will work with our customers in their home, at their businesses or in our showroom to select and design the best window treatments to meet their needs. If you have a good sense for coordinating colors and designing interior spaces and have some relevant sales experience in the interior design field, then this would be a great opportunity for you. Pay:

$50,000 - $100,000/year Our sales consultants, typical working schedule is Monday - Saturday with some early evening appointments. We are looking for a candidate who is able to:

• Sell and explain different product lines of window coverings.
• Understand and explain window coverings benefits.
• Accurately measure and explain the mounting of products.
• Efficiently communicate with customers and follow through the sales process.
• Ability to understand and use computer programs for quoting and e-mailing customers. Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience that make a successful Sales Consultant candidate:
• Interested in design and home decor.
• A good communicator who can explain the benefits of window coverings.
• Detail-oriented and who can measure and explain the mounting of products.
• An independent worker and has the ability to self-schedule and stay on task.
• Proficient in operating a computer including specialized software, email and Microsoft products.
• Someone who is very organized and detailed oriented.
• A good listener with the ability to ask customers in-depth questions.
• 1-year relevant sales experience (preferred)
