Employee Discount Responsibilities:
Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the sales manager Knowledge of our product line by explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive Greeting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and assisting them in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs Assisting in the closing of deals with the finance department including properly executed paperwork (insurance information, title, etc.) Post-delivery follow up including tags/titles Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Maintain knowledge of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers. Demonstration of automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services. Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers. Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services, and finance. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Effectively use and maintain CRM system to desk deals, contact customers and keep track of important customer information
Requirements:
Prefer experience in the automotive industry or previously in a sales role but not required. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment Confidence in your ability to be successful. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic. Great attitude with a high-energy personality. . Superior customer service skills. A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment. Self-starter and self-motivated. Ability to work well in a process-driven environment. Valid Drivers License required with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
