This will allow them to maintain a code compliant Fire Sprinkler System and ensure their systems work as designed to save lives and property. This is a fast paced position and an opportunity to work with a strong team in a close knit environment. Absolute Fire Protection, our Rockford IL office, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who combines high details with technical expertise. In this role you will perform estimating and sales duties to help build our growing Inspection & Sales Team and streamline our internal business process. Job Responsibilities Establish contact with clients and continue to build on existing relationships Maintain quick turn around of deficiency proposals with proper follow up Identify changes in projects that impact cost, schedule, or labor requirements Work closely with field team members, administrative staff, and Project Managers Assist with project dispatching/scheduling Provide general administrative support for managers and team members Create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence Maintain several types of records Assist in completing special reporting and licensing requirements Complete special projects as required Offer suggestions and solutions on improving efficiency of general procedures Develop positive, lasting relationships with customers and team members Accomplish responsibilities as required using business software as approved by VFPG Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years of related construction administration experience and/or training is preferred. Possess proficient computer skills with working knowledge of business software applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook). Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Puts forth a courteous, friendly, helpful attitude when speaking with customers or dealing with other associates.
