We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist customers in finding the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget. Present vehicles and explain features, pricing, and financing options. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. Respond to leads and follow up with potential customers by phone, text, and email. Schedule and conduct vehicle test drives. Follow up with previous customers and new leads. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the sales process. Keep up with available inventory and current promotions. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented. Professional attitude and appearance. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and in person. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required .
