Description Summary:

We are actively seeking talented candidates to join CED's as Sales Trainees. We provide the tools and training for learning the ins and outs of one of the nation's fastest growing industries and with Chicagoland's leading distributor. In this phased development position, you will be exposed to various roles in each facet of the company, gaining experience in Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Outside Sales, Purchasing, Operations and more! The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, exemplifies stellar time management and communication skills, and is excited to be empowered and involved in business goals and initiatives. This role is intended to provide the tools and training to be placed in inside sales, outside sales, quotations, project management, or another sales-focused role based on performance and interest. Location Manager Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor's Degree (will consider strong, related experience in lieu of degree) Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future) Willingness to reside within reasonable commuting distance of assigned location Reliable transportation to and from work Regular and consistent attendance Effectively and clearly communicate in English (verbal and written)

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel - both by car and by air. Typical hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday but can and will adjust reasonably due to business conditions. Occasional evening events may happen.

Veteran Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $55000 to $65000 annually.
