In this rotational role, you'll gain hands-on experience in store operations, industrial and commercial sales, inventory, and customer service while learning our industry-leading paints and coatings portfolio. You'll be coached by leaders, complete structured training, and develop skills in territory management, safety, and business analysis. High performers can quickly advance into assistant manager, outside sales, or operations leadership roles across our global network. Responsibilities Complete a structured management and sales training curriculum focused on coatings and industrial products Learn store and facility operations including inventory, merchandising, and safety procedures Support sales activities through customer consultations, product recommendations, and order management Analyze local market opportunities and assist in executing sales and marketing plans Collaborate with store managers and sales reps on territory planning and account growth Deliver high-quality customer service to professional, industrial, and commercial clients Apply safety, integrity, and compliance standards in all daily activities Use CRM and sales tools to track leads, quotes, and customer interactions Participate in performance reviews and coaching sessions to build leadership skills Prepare for progression into assistant manager, sales, or operations leadership roles Required Skills Customer relationship management B2 B sales fundamentals Territory and account planning Inventory and merchandising management Basic business and financial analysis Industrial and architectural coatings knowledge Point-of-sale and CRM systems Presentation and communication skills Time management and organization Safety and compliance procedures
