Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual (Spanish) Wireless Sales Representative to join our team! In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, demonstrate our latest products, and deliver exceptional service. Your enthusiasm will help drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote our brand's reputation for outstanding wireless solutions. Duties Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, creating a welcoming shopping environment. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features and plan options. Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations. Upsell additional services, accessories, or plans to maximize customer value. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean, attractive, and well-merchandised. Handle cash drawer operations accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions about products, plans, and billing with clear communication and phone etiquette. Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for transactions. Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly phone etiquette and customer interaction. Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities. Knowledge of merchandising standards and stock management practices. Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team.
