Position Overview:
This is an active, territory-based role designed for independent professionals who thrive outside of a traditional desk cubicle. As a Field Sales Representative, you will manage an assigned local territory, connecting directly with small to mid-sized business owners to present custom commercial energy solutions that lower their operational overhead.What You'll Do:
Manage daily business-to-business (B2B) field operations within a designated local market territory. Conduct direct, face-to-face consultative presentations to business owners and corporate decision-makers. Analyze existing utility billing data to identify immediate cost-saving opportunities. Secure and process commercial energy enrollments utilizing a streamlined digital onboarding platform. Participate in daily morning strategy sessions at our central office to review territory metrics.What We Offer:

Expected First-Year Earnings:
$50,000-$75,000 (includes training pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses).Top-Performer Earning Potential:
