You'll turn internet, phone, and text inquiries into dealership appointments and set our sales team up to close. This is a fast-paced BDC role for someone who's organized, competitive, and great on the phone. Automotive experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. Requirements Prior automotive BDC, internet sales, or customer service experience preferred; not required — we'll train the right person. Strong phone, text, and email communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and follow-ups at once without losing organization. Working knowledge of dealership CRM platforms preferred (Reynolds and Reynolds, VinSolutions). Coachable, goal-oriented, and accountable for your own performance metrics. Available for a schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. High school diploma or GED required. Responsibilities Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email sales inquiries. Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team. Follow up consistently with prospects who haven't purchased yet or missed an appointment. Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and activity records in the CRM. Provide accurate initial information on vehicles, features, and financing options
