As a Solutions Advisor with CS&W, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, making sales calls, and working to establish relationships with customers. Roles and Responsibilities Build territory/account approach and monitor resources
Works with different departments to execute account development plans
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Identifies problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions
Prioritizes concurrent customer's demands and provides satisfactory service to all
Balances concurrent requests for assistance from internal and external customers for customer service issues
All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior sales or industry experience is preferred
Able to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using AutoCAD
Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
Salary:
$31.68 - $39.60 per hour. A starting salary higher than $39.60 per hour is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
