Don't miss this direct hire opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist in Urbana, IA. Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries while building strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Prepare and manage quotes, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to grow business with new and existing customers
- Develop knowledge of fasteners, construction materials, products, and customer applications
- Partner with Customer Service and Business Development teams to provide a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems
- Take ownership of customer needs from initial contact through resolution
Inside Sales Specialist Requirements:
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers, phones, email, and business software
- Ability to learn products and understand customer applications
- Construction, fastener, or building-material experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
