In this role, you will serve as the primary internal support resource for an assigned customer group, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), sales representatives, and related internal departments. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order lifecycle - from initial quotation and contract review through logistics, billing, and project completion - ensuring exceptional customer service every step of the way.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 2 years supporting sales, customer service, or account management. Experience in a machine sales environment is preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced-level Excel skills. Prior experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
Communication:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Core Abilities:
strong multitasking capabilities, high discretion with confidential customer data, and the willingness to work overtime on short notice as needed.
Physical & Mental Demands Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, handle equipment, talk, hear, see with depth perception, and lift/carry a minimum of 10 lbs daily.
Mental Requirements:
Ability to concentrate, take initiative, cope with stress, stay alert in a business environment, and exercise independent judgment to complete tasks.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Sales Order & Quotation Management:
Process quotes based on inquiries and customer requests. Manage purchase orders, sales orders, contract reviews, PO receipt confirmations, and down payments.
Customer & Team Communication:
Coordinate delivery dates, answer inquiries, keep customers informed of order statuses, and communicate across RSMs, sales reps, and the parent company.
Product & Technical Coordination:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product availability and coordinate custom machine specifications (such as arranging machine nozzle details, service requests, and item transfers).
Logistics & Transportation Documentation:
Handle transportation-related paperwork, including custom invoices, shipping instructions (SI), packing lists, Air Waybills (AWB), transportation bookings, and delivery tracking.
Billing & Order Closing:
Issue billing invoices, process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), track order status through completion, and perform basic reception/call center duties as needed.
Systems Proficiency:
Develop and maintain a strong working understanding of SAP through provided internal and external training. SkillsPurchase Orders (2 years of experience is required)
